Do buyers get mobile wallet options?
Yes. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App can be enabled per location alongside standard card payments, so mobile checkout stays fast.
Can we pass fees to buyers or absorb them?
Both. Credit-card surcharges, sales tax, and named fees are configurable at the event and ticket-type level, so your economics match each program.
How do refunds and settlement work?
Refunds and voids are handled from the organizer portal, and the event sales & settlement report—with PDF export—reconciles every event down to fees and taxes. Stripe Connect payouts deposit to your bank.
